About the Founder
My name is Janet Kronemberg, Founder & President of Take Control of your Health, Inc., an establish Medicare-certified Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF), providing professional, mobile vascular diagnostic services throughout New York State.
With, over three decades of experience in the medical field, I have been committed to improving health care delivery and professional development in the field on Vascular Diagnostic Sonography.
As, my educational background includes a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sonography. Additionally, I have dual credentials as a Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) and Registered Vascular Technologist, all of which complement my expertise.
My services are designed to support and partner with Medical Providers, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nursing Homes, Adult Homes, Clinics, Veteran's Organizations and other medical facilities, by providing convenient on-site vascular testing with a typical schedule window of 24-48 hours.
It is my mission to enhance patient care through the implementation of strategic healthcare practices, by creating a supportive, collaborative environment for growth in the healthcare sector that will support organizations and professionals in achieving their highest potential.
